Admissions

The Lilliput World (TLW) welcomes children from 15 months of age. Our admissions process is designed to ensure that every child who joins our community is well-suited for our learning environment, and that every family is fully informed before making this important decision.

We offer two programmes:

• Toddler — for children under 2 years 6 months (< 30 months)
• Preschool — for children 2 years 6 months and above (≥ 30 months)

Admission Process

The admissions process at The Lilliput World consists of four stages:

Stage 1 — Trial Registration

Submit your child's trial registration online. You will need to provide:

• Parent/guardian information (mother's name, father's name, or both)
• Contact details (email address and WhatsApp number)
• Parent/guardian ID (NIK for Indonesian citizens, or passport for foreign nationals)
• Child's full name, date of birth, gender, and ID number (KIA / NIK / passport)

You may register more than one child at a time under a single registration.

Stage 2 — Schedule Selection & Payment

Select your preferred trial date from the available schedule. Each date has limited slots per programme (Toddler and Preschool), so we recommend registering early.

After selecting a schedule, you will be directed to complete the Trial Fee payment. Unpaid registrations are automatically cancelled and the slot is released.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your trial schedule details.

Stage 3 — Trial Day

Attend the trial session on your scheduled date. Our team will observe your child in an interactive learning environment. Results will be shared with you after the session.

If your child does not pass the trial, you are welcome to re-register for a future session.

Stage 4 — Admission (For Children Who Pass)

Children who pass the trial will proceed to the full admission process:

• Form Pickup Fee Payment
  Pay the remaining 50% of the registration fee (Form Pickup Fee). This unlocks access to the online Admission Form. Payment must be confirmed before the form link is sent to your registered email.
• Fill in the Admission Form
  You will receive a secure, unique form link via email. The form must be completed within 7 days of your payment being confirmed. The form covers:
  • Student information
  • Programme choice
  • Parent/Guardian details
  • Family background
  • Medical information
  • Document uploads & consent
• Document Upload
  The following documents must be uploaded as part of the admission form:
  • Family registration document (KK)
  • Child's birth certificate
  • Parent/guardian ID
  • Child's ID card or passport
  • Child's immunisation record
• Verification & Admission Fee
  Once your form is submitted, our team will review and verify the documents. Upon successful verification, you will be notified to complete the Admission Fee payment to finalise your child's place at The Lilliput World.

Important Notes

• Minimum age: Children must be at least 15 months old at the time of the trial.
• Slot availability: Trial slots are limited. Slots are only confirmed upon successful payment.
• Form deadline: The admission form must be submitted within 7 days after the Form Pickup Fee is confirmed. Late submissions may require re-scheduling.
